Your dedicated representative carefully asks what you need and what level of analysis you require, then proposes an appropriate analytical approach and prepares a free quotation.
*Statistical analysis is performed collaboratively by the Stat Agent team.
This enables us to support statistical analyses across a wide range of fields.
Same-day delivery may be available in the shortest cases; please consult us if you have an urgent deadline.
Within two days after delivery, we provide support for checking discrepancies, confirming quality, and answering follow-up questions.
Consultations and quotations are free. Please begin by telling us about the issue you are facing. All consultation details are kept strictly confidential.

STEP 1: Inquiry (Order Request)

Please begin by contacting us by phone, email, or another convenient method.
All consultation details are strictly confidential.
A dedicated representative listens carefully from your perspective and promptly provides appropriate advice and a quotation.
Because the staff member responsible for free telephone consultations is often unavailable, telephone consultations are generally available on weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If you prefer not to use the phone, we can handle the entire process by email.

STEP 2: Quotation, Deadline & Scope Confirmation

Based on your inquiry or contact-form submission, we will email you the formal price and delivery date.
As a rule, we send a quotation-confirmation email within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry.
You can also estimate an approximate price using our fee schedule.

*Due to domain restrictions or email filters, messages from us may occasionally not be delivered. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please check your settings and spam folder, then contact us again.

STEP 3: Payment (Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Invoice)

Please remit the quoted amount to the bank account shown in the quotation-confirmation email. Because weekends, public holidays, or banking hours may affect confirmation, after payment please send us a brief message saying,“Payment has been made.”This helps us begin processing smoothly.Payment constitutes acceptance of the contract.　The agreement becomes effective upon payment.

STEP 4: Payment Confirmation

Once we confirm receipt of your payment, we will send you a “Payment Confirmed” email.
The same email will state the delivery date and method of receipt.
We always send a payment-confirmation email. If you have not received it after more than 24 hours, please check your spam folder and contact us.

*For corporate clients using invoice payment, work begins upon receipt of a purchase order.

STEP 5: Progress Reports (When Requested or for Projects Taking Two Weeks or More)

For projects that require a longer period, such as undergraduate theses, we provide interim updates as appropriate. The timing of interim reports can be arranged according to your needs.
We can also provide progress updates for projects taking less than two weeks if requested.

STEP 6: Delivery (Email, Postal Mail, etc.)

Delivery is available by email, postal mail, and other methods. Postal delivery may shift the effective delivery date by approximately two days.

• Postal delivery: printed paper materials +¥1,500; USB/ROM +¥2,500

STEP 7: After-Sales Support

Within two days after delivery, revisions are provided free of charge. We also accept questions and requests for clarification.
